Solutions Staffing is currently seeking part time employment for a payroll assistant; required immediately in a busy, dynamic office environment in Prince George. This position will assist in billing, payroll, reporting and data entry for Solutions Staffing employees.
- Reviewing and auditing accounts payable/receivable
- Sort, code timesheets and match invoices
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Process timesheets and expense reports
- Upload credit card transactions; code and enter into system
- Assist the payroll department as needed
- GST, WCB and other required government filings
- Administration duties as and when required
A successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure. You must be a positive, motivated, outgoing individual with exceptional communication skills.
This position will be approx. 12-20 hours/week with a flexible schedule.
