Hello Everyone,
As a healthcare employer in Canada, Solutions Staffing Inc is required to follow provincial mandates as they are rolled-out across the country. Each of our clients will have individual requirements, restrictions and policies that we will need to follow. As you may be aware, vaccine mandates are rolling-out that relate to both public access to non-essential services and public events and/or to healthcare workers specifically. As each province appears to be enacting these differently, we are requesting that employees complete the following declaration so that we may accurately provide reporting to our clients and to ensure that we are able to book your assignments within these individual restrictions. Some of these restrictions may also limit some travel options and we would like to provide you with appropriate support as continued restrictions are enacted in a timely fashion.
Moving Forward
- Employees with current contracts: Those with currently approved or pending contracts in place will be contacted by a Solutions Staffing representative with more information and instructions over the next couple of weeks. If you have an approved contract, you can also contact our Recruitment Assistant at support@solutionsstaffing.ca with your questions.
- Employees considering a future contract: Please see the links below that provide information and guidance on the policies in place for the province (s) you wish to work in. These can be discussed further with your recruiter when you are ready to book your next Workation Adventure. As more information comes available we will update: please check back regularly.
The Vaccination Declaration 2021 will go directly to our HR department, we will need to also receive your proof of vaccination, please attach it to the same email. We will also work with you to look at what travel assignment options may be open to you if you are choosing to not be vaccinated.
