Solutions Staffing (Travel Nurse Canada) has launched the Ambassador program to celebrate and honor, a group of healthcare professionals that exemplify what it means to be a Workation Warrior.
According to Merriam-Webster, the definition of an ambassador is the following: “a person who acts as a representative or promoter of a specified activity” and our Ambassadors do just that. We define ambassadors based on specific criteria that focus on the influence they have on the communities and their interactions with other healthcare professionals along with representing Solutions Staffing (Travel Nurse Canada) in a positive light.
Notorious for packing their bags, signing a contract, and beginning their travel all within a week or less, our Ambassadors collectively hit the road more than 185 times this past year! Many of our Ambassadors have made traveling their primary or full-time career, choosing between long-term or multiple short and sweet contracts. As that is what the true definition of a traveling healthcare professional is, choices. It’ no secret that our Ambassadors know how to make the right choices to fit their lifestyle.
The Ambassador program focuses on celebrating the healthcare professionals that continuously go above and beyond for not only us but also the communities they assist and have committed to regular travel opportunities throughout the year. They are flexible upon arrival to each new facility they find themselves at, adapting to whatever is thrown their way. Especially, in the past year due to the recent challenges from the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are blown away at the stand-out performances we have seen. Our team at Travel Nurse Canada (Solutions Staffing Inc.) and the facilities in need have recognized all their hard work and dedication to our company and want to acknowledge you for your commitment.
Our Ambassadors are approachable, compassionate, and always willing to connect with fellow travelers – sharing insight on their experiences to help others transition into the lifestyle of being on the road and jumping into new facilities that need relief.
If you have questions about what it takes to become an Ambassador or what it is like to be on the road assisting facilities in need, please do not hesitate to reach out as we will happily connect you with one of our team members to discuss the details.
Thank you for 20 years of exceptional service, Workation Warriors, we would not be here without you!
