Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9-5; Friday 8-4
Compensation: Base Salary with Commission Pay

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator, Permanent Hires assists the Clinical & Client Liasion in coordinating the permanent hire of healthcare professionals within Canada.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer and direct calls
- Manage incoming questions and permanent hire job offers
- Send out notices and other email communication as directed
- Create, edit, design and advertise job availabilities through online channels
- Take directions and work intuitively to support the achievement of goals and objectives
- Create follow up lists and make calls to the potential candidates along with other focused calls, as directed
- Create an organized filing system within the email inbox or otherwise
- Prepare reports as directed by the Clinical & Client Liasion or the VP of Operations
- Diligently screen applicants and determines qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks
- Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation and regulations, recommending new procedures, and conducting training
- Review the offer by healthcare facilities with the Clinical & Client Liasion before final submission
- Maintain constant communication with the Clinical & Client Liasion on work progress
- Assist in achieving the full recruitment cycle
- Support the Clinical & Client Liasion in designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a high school diploma and minimum of 1-year experience in Human Resources or recruitment; or successful completion of post-secondary education in any field
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience in using Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Benchmark or other online marketing tools
- Knowledge of the health care system in Canada is an asset
