You’ve got plans to make and details to take care of, so you’ll be relieved to learn that there’s no need to worry about accommodations and travel because they are always pre-planned and pre-paid.
Depending on where you’ve chosen to go, the accommodations might look a little different. Shared accommodations are available close to each assignment facility and they’re often in walking distance. There are also single accommodations and family/pet friendly options in some locations. Maybe you have family or friends you want to stay with. Some people choose to make their own plans for how to get there and where to stay and be reimbursed. There are a lot of different scenarios, but anything is possible. We supply furnished housing within walking distance to your assignment, whenever possible, smoke free environments with bedding, linen and, in most cases, TV and Wifi.
We can also help with your travel plans, regardless of whether you’re driving or flying to your new job; we have in-house travel coordinators. All flights and travel are pre-planned and your itemized itinerary will be sent to you within 7 days of your start date. If you choose to drive to your assignment, our travel department can assist you with the best routes, booking interim accommodations along the way and we’ll check in with you to make sure everything is going smoothly.
