Our Winter Photo Contest has finally closed! This year’s final three were the most difficult for our team to narrow down and agree on. With 157 stunning submissions, our top three really had to be something special.
I am pleased to announce our three winners; Koos M., RN, Robin F., RN, and Courtney C., RN. Congratulations, and thank you to everyone that took the time to take and submit such lovely photos!
1st Place – Koos M., RN
“Climbing a big hill on a mountain bike in heavy fog when the sun burned off the clouds and provided this stunning view.”
Koos M., RN
2nd Place – Robin F., RN
“Travel nursing can take you to the most amazing adventures, and this photo is proof. I remember being excited to have the day off to be able to explore Stanley Park at sunset that day. It was the first warm and sunny day of my first contract in Vancouver. It clearly did not disappoint!”
Robin F., RN
3rd Place – Courtney C., RN
“The calm after the storm. This photo is special to me because it was taken on the first sunny day in a new place. I rode into this tiny coastal town in the middle of a snowstorm, and continued to wonder what this place looked like over the following three days of work while the weather continued to blow. My first day off I awoke to sun, blue skies, and a healthy dusting of snow covering the entire town. I spent most of the daylight hours outside exploring and staring into reflections from tidal pools at the edge of the ocean.”
Courtney C., RN
